Matt Braly recently got almost 20x the funding for a miniseries episode through Kickstarter and ended with 3 of the 4 eps fully funded

@BringBackBanjoK “Everyone is here” is an awesome novelty but still a novelty. Smash was at its best as a fighting and party game mix, not vast majority fighting game

@BringBackBanjoK Very much do here. Ult has the most fighters and stages and music but gutted itself of interesting game modes to make it happen and removed things like trophies. If cutting that in half gives time and resources to add back what previous games offered I’d be 100% down

@carcarcarcatcar @MaritheKity Problem’s it seems to be exactly how you handle the game. They specifically allowed this kind of control and it looks kinda goofy for it. Kinda similar to Fallout 4 having real time dialogue that can be undermined by an enemy showing up. Neither are exploits, both are as designed

@PolyDepression It’ll be a mix of both. Not gonna deliver on the hype but still make $5 billion in 2 days and collapse the AAA side of the industry over the next 3 years cause everyone wants to chase that money by throwing actual publisher-destroying budgets at their big releases

@Unohanabbygirl I’m not a huge fan of things like death of the author but this honestly seems like the perfect use for it. All media has flawed people working on it. Can’t imagine ruining one’s own hobbies and life like this just cause they want everyone they’re around to agree with them

Like the Lorax movie inventing an CEO to be the bigger bad guy and giving the Onceler a specific face rather than broadly representing corporations

@ajarakamokkuren @inkfycreates I was initially taken out of MGS3 because there was no crouch walk from MGS4 or free 3rd person camera that even by the PS2 was becoming the standard. Had to go further back to the relative simplicity of 1 and then 2 to really appreciate 3
