We recognise the importance of raising awareness of our key safeguarding services and how customers can register on the Priority Services Register (PSR).

Using the Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance (VCMA) we are working with numerous partners to create initiatives and safeguarding services that are truly inclusive and accessible to all and in many cases these organisations are using their expertise and reach to have effective PSR awareness conversations with customers and helping them to register where appropriate.
