Coaches can have a tendency to give advice or FIX youth: RIGHTING REFLEX: telling them what they need to do to get better.
“you need to..” or “you need to stop..” rather then help to slove problems.

Often youths response is to either ignore, confussion or argue against it

•Do they have school spirit
•Do they make use of tutoring in school to better themselves
•If they are Dual Enrolled, how do they handle it
