"Get wide" or "Spread out" when used at the early stages of soccer development has major consequences at the High School age and beyond.

Spread out too early and you have players not engaged, or problem-solving.
@Sockercoach 30-45min to set up and review activities w/ Coaches. But this is also dependent on a 8yr old and 7yr old being ready to go when I am. I have learned that the day will still run as planned whether i am there 45min early or 15min on time.
When you Coach to Coach people and not just the X's and O's.
The Highs are much greater and happen more frequently then the Lows.
You win more with empathy, relationships, trust and passion then you ever will with the X’s
and O’s.
