BREAKING NEWS: In the Josh Jacobs saga. According to @ChatGPT there is also another important procedural hurdle - if the police decide to release the video evidence, Jacobs and the victim must receive at least 12 days' notice so they have an opportunity to challenge that decision in court. So even a police decision saying "release it" wouldn't necessarily mean the NFL immediately receives the footage.

This could explain the delay? 👀
