@elonmusk @wholemars What about an interchangeable battery. People buy the bigger battery, store in garage. When they need it, the vehicle releases the battery. Maybe sets it on the ground. Owner rolls it out of the way and puts the new battery under the vehicle. Mechanism picks it up and loads it.
