@AnthonyUJones @MoneySavingExp If the plan on your deeds even shows a ‘T’.!The only way people in my area can work this out is by reference to the 19th century developer’s map. Whilst the left fence rule generally holds, it doesn’t always. There seems to have been no logic to who’s responsible for rear fences
