Time for a new laptop. Looking at surface pro 9 vs macbook pro. Any recommendations in the CRE industry? Good, bad, indifferent? I haven't ventured into apples ecosystem on laptops/computers yet.

Where did the people leaving Portland move to? Half stayed on West Coast w 30% to WA (19% Clark Co), 19% to CA. Broadly speaking tho most moved to locales with better affordability. Housing underpins migration even if _____ issue(s) still important. https://t.co/cAcGG70DDG

@TripleNetInvest Would’ve had to pay capital gains first and then put remainder into MM so that $150k is lower, but still…hopefully there’s a longer term strategy.
