@sama How about 1000s of destitute highly skilled movie industry workers? Can you make a video of that?

[Hugh Johnson @Hugh_J_]

@mexopolis Hmmmm, until that unique and original artist's style is instantly cloned and duplicated. Not so unique or original now.

The Post Office's compensation scheme is designed to minimise payouts. One postmaster received £15.75.

That isn't a typo.

I count nine ways the Post Office's HSS compensation scheme is rigged:

Wow! Spectacular footage, with some very strange audio. I guess thats what it sounds like when your spacecraft hits the atmosphere at 20,000 mph!

[Orion Spacecraft @NASA_Orion]

One year ago today, NASA’s Orion spacecraft reentered the atmosphere after completing a 1.4 million-mile, 25.5 day #Artemis I mission around the Moon. View the full length video here: https://t.co/0Rn7eRETua

@vr_oasis Does this still have the rail cart sequence? cause I've never been able to get past the very annoying quick reaction section on the Quest2 version.

@3Dmattias @cem_futuretense Great to see Houdini being used for something in the real world. Would any of the crowd nodes be useful for this type of work?

[Hugh Johnson @Hugh_J_]

Look at the power of this thing! Immense!

Some beautiful shots of #Starship before the launch this morning. Space X really had some great setups for this launch. Hopefully we'll get some in flight camera feeds if they were able to download anything during the launch.

SideFX have included my car fire render in their Karma XPU highlights reel! Some great work here on show, and it also shows the range of what can be rendered on the GPU these days. #Houdini #sideFX

@ludoiochem I'd say get it to a good level of quality, then show it to your lead. Doesn't need to be prefect on the first show. Don't work on a shot in isolation, or you could be wasting effort on work thats not required. Keep leads and prod updated regularly with progress.
