@incantcarnation I know and I'm sorry for the behavior of some Scott fans. They seem to get extremely excited because their beloved character is getting recognition 😂
@Xanara6@3MHM14@CabooseEK It’s all Marvel's fault . They sacrifice character integrity for hype, literally stealing another character's perfect love interest just to feed a popular one
Hopefully you're right. The fandom just wants to do these characters justice. Jean is always at the center, but love triangles never work for me. I’m upset with how they treat Jean, Logan, and Scott.
if she were in the game she'd truly just be treated as a background love interest bc theres nothing relating to her within the game itself. in a game thats full of so many things already i really dont think she'd even be the one included. if it wasnt jean it'd be silver fox😭
@psychicgust@X13Zackfair@GavinFox28004@iamrobtv The "grave kiss" happened because Jean’s cosmic ghost literally forced Scott to move on to save the future. In AvX, the Phoenix corrupted him, just like it did Jean. Fans acknowledge Scott’s flaws, we just hate that Logan gets a free pass for stalking a married woman for decades.
@X13Zackfair@GavinFox28004@iamrobtv Yes, the psychic affair happened during a massive marital & mental health crisis (Apocalypse PTSD). But they only officially got together after Jean died, with Jean’s cosmic blessing. Actively pursuing a married woman is way worse than moving on after death.
It makes zero sense to normalize destroying committed relationships for "instant connections" to the younger generation through modern games. X-Men's best conflicts are about survival and ideology, not fighting over a girl. Iconic couples deserve respect, not destruction.
Insomniac’s decision to force a Jean Grey & Logan romance in the Marvel's Wolverine game completely killed my hype. For over 20 years since the 2000 X-Men movie, mainstream media keeps riding Wolverine’s popularity at the expense of butchering Jean’s character.
Logan is at his absolute best as a lone wolf and a protective mentor to young mutants like Kitty Pryde or Jubilee. Meanwhile, Jean Grey is constantly downgraded to a mere "love interest" or a cosmic trophy (stealing the Psychic Rapport) just to heal Logan’s trauma.
