@RiuHoteles the customer service at the riu dunmar hotel in Mexico is terrible , asked for bed sheet to be changed due to it clearly being dirty and took 1hour and 45 minutes to finally do after 7 phone calls in between to be told will be there in 15 minutes every time 😡😡
