Can you confirm you got the 101-1015-V2 model? We've never had reports of this not fitting your monitor. Can you take a look at the original stand bracket and compare it to our adapter and see if they look different? Any photos would be really helpful.

@palmsworth You could try that, but I'm not sure if it will give you the stability that you need since that "neck" part is so small.

@PamTremble I see from the pic that it doesn't have a release button - so just tap it downwards to pop it out

@PamTremble If your model monitor has a release button, press that with a long screwdriver, then tap the top of the bracket lightly with a hammer or mallet downwards (towards the bottom of the monitor) to knock it loose

@whitnack Hey Matt - it looks like the flange is coming out at the incorrect angle. (Sorry for the delayed reply.) We've never seen this before - best guess is that the flange is defective. Did you reach out to our support team?
