Goal is to improve detection of focal epilepsy lesions, and biomarkers of neurodevelopmental impairment, mental health. Work will contribute to ongoing open science efforts for @DevelopingHCP@HumanConnectome and #UKbiobank. DM or email with any questions.

Just to dispel any suspicion: we are busy quiet but alive. Last months updates: connectome-workbench (from @HumanConnectome), neo, stimfit, heudiconv, @datalad, etc. Remember also that all docker images come with nd_freeze to optionally make them reproducible!
This also happens on big team projects. Transparency in everyone's contributions to the complicated work of science is extremely important to the often weird career paths of scientists.
I work very hard to say “NAME who I work with on PROJECT”. And it backfires sometimes because people think I’m more junior than I am.... but I figure for the folks I line manage / mentor avoiding that phrasing of “you belong to me” is worth it!
Classic case of @NIHFunding being behind the times in technology and not interested in the user experience.....
The "Users" are hard working research scientists that have literally spent MONTHS putting together a research proposal that MAY get funded 10% of the time. . . .
So my R21 that is supposed to be reviewed in less than 2 weeks was WITHDRAWN due to the inclusion of hyperlinks in my Biosketch and RS (including linking to GitHub and bioRxiv preprints). Looks like I can either appeal and/or resubmit the app June 16. Advice? #academicnightmare
@JosetAEtzel@Raamana_@OpenNeuroOrg@ccplab_wustl I'm actually not talking about you all at all.... submitting to/releasing through NDA is quite a process in itself. Hopefully we'll have it streamlined by the time you are ready!
