منابع محلی از ��خار می‌گویند که شماری از جنگ‌جویان تالبان، شب‌هنگام وارد خانه‌ی یک صراف شده، پس از لت‌وکوب او، ۱۰ میلیون افغانی و شش هزار دالر پول نقد او را به‌سرقت برده‌اند.

منابع می‌افزایند که این صراف، رحیم‌الله قرلق نام‌دارد و باشنده‌ی اصلی ولسوالی دشت‌قلعه‌ی تخار است.
