@w5h8cj9h6@kemba2tatum@CelticsForum0 Kyrie struggled so bad in that series. Obviously the Celtics had the perfect backcourt to bother him, but I wonder if even then he was still disappointing
@CelticsForum0 I think that title still counts big, Luka was an offensive demon in those playoffs.
That Celtics team was insane though, having Jrue as your 5th guy speaks to how stacked they were.
And all the bench guys shot insane from 3 too, felt like Hauser didn't miss in the finals
@PatchesThaHyena@dothejackal@whojum@DavidDTSS If your team already has a higher tier offensive guard and you can put it alongside a guy who's 40-60% of the offensive player that Harden is, twice the defender (or more) and doesn't need the ball as much to be effective that is just a way better option imo
@PatchesThaHyena@dothejackal@whojum@DavidDTSS I'd be more tempted to agree with you if the Bucks hadn't made a "substitute defense for offense" move by trading Jrue for Dame (where Dame's guard skills were less redundant next to Giannis vs pairing Harden with Mitchell) a couple of years back and had it fail spectacularly
@SamQuinnCBS '04 pistons? I always thought they were a "by committee" team, maybe everyone else just steps up if #2 goes down. Who would you even say is #2 on that team anyway? 😅
@Shadowlurk776@MrJulianR1 like, if the clones decide on their own "this guy has to go" and mutiny Krell for not caring about how many soldiers he loses in battles then there's probably a lot of people unironically going "but good soldiers follow orders!" and getting mad at the clones for overstepping
@Shadowlurk776@MrJulianR1 Oh you think the Krell thing is better if he's just a jedi who doesn't see clones as human?
Any resolution gets much tougher for a kids show to handle in that case, unless other Jedi are called in to police Krell. But that takes authority away from the clones in the story
@TahiriRigon@TheDunkCentral@Fullcourtpass Probably worth noting that during most of Giannis' career the knicks fans didn't have all that much to be loud about.
Like they're out there watching Iso zo and Mario Hezonja for the love of the game, not to scream until their throats dry out
golf claps at most lmao
@ResurgentRogue@OrtolanThoughts@Vizsla826@LukewSavage Although, keeping with the smell analagy, you could also find out if they "smell bad" without knowing anything else about a person...
In that case Palps must wear killer Force Deodorant™
@ResurgentRogue@OrtolanThoughts@Vizsla826@LukewSavage It could be argued that that's "force familiarity" which would be different from like "appraisal".
Like you might remember someone's scent, but that doesn't mean you can necessarily tell if someone is strong or not just by smell alone.
