It’s time to celebrate the wisdom, & loyalty of our aging companions.
Too often, senior pets are overlooked—many assume they’re in shelters due to bad behavior or poor temperament. But the truth is, most are here because of circumstances beyond their control.

A PLEA FROM THE FRONT LINES!!!

From horror to hope, these little chihuahua pups never knew how close they were to the end. With the hard work, dedication & love given to these little souls. They made it to their furever home! May you never know anything but love & delight in your new homes. Congratulations!
What a wonderful family!
They all came in with a generous donation in memory of their family member Dylan. Dylan loved animals & they wanted to show him their love by helping our animals.
"May love be what you remember the most."
We thank you so much for your donation!!!
Tis the season...for bottle babies!
It has started for us & we are in need of supplies. We desperately need formula for both kittens & puppies. To make it easy, we have placed the formulas on our Chewy Wishlist.

Thank you so much!
National Pet ID Week gives pet owners an excellent opportunity to review the steps they can take to ensure their pet has the best chance of being recovered should the animal become lost. Have your dog's collar updated with id tags or better yet, swing by HSFC to get a microchip!

One of our furry guests has been here on & off since 2021!
Meet Annabelle. She had a loving home, but they moved & couldn’t take her...
She is good on a leash & our dogwalkers love her!
Swing by HSFC to meet this beautiful doggie with a sad tale.

When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure!
Our treasure is the Potestios along with Dino & Clark.
It is a tradition in loving memory of their dogs Nicco & Dooley. With the help of many donors, they brought in 3,108 lbs. of dog & cat food!
Amazing!
Merry Christmas everyone!!!
We are closed today. If you have any emergencies, please contact Fremont County Sheriff's Office at 719-276-5555.
