🚨 Security researcher Ben Jordan reveals that Flock cameras are secretly creating a GPS tracker for every car in America, and it’s already live
This is extremely concerning
“Flock license plate readers take a timestamped photo of every vehicle that passes every camera. Police can search your historical travel information for 30 days. This creates a searchable database of everyone, not just the suspects of crime — It's like if you were to build a graph of that sheet and plot it to a map, now it's as if you've had a GPS on your car for an entire month”
“In order for that historical data to be of investigative value, you have to track every car”
Flocks own training videos say they aren’t just tracking license plates, they’re tracking people
“But Flock's own webinars talk about its license plate reader's ability to track vehicles and people”
Directly from the investigation:
But the company’s own training videos show police using the system to track suspects “from location to location to location.”
And some of its cameras are designed to follow people as they walk.
“And they quite literally use AI to zoom in and follow you around whether you’re a person of interest or not,”
We need to ban Flock nationwide, this is the surveillance state being established
SCOTUS: Carpenter vs United States (2018): "Individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the comprehensive record of their physical movements."
Flock cameras are in direct violation of the 4th Amendment.
This is where the rubber meets the road 🚨
When the Senate is back in Session on Monday... Ted Cruz will chair the rules committee... bc of McConnell's absence
There are procedural moves he can make to advance the Save America Act
Is Cruz one of us... we're about to find out
The Italian American Civil Rights League called out Robert De Niro a long time ago for being a total disgrace to our people.
He’s had no problem going on unhinged Trump tirades.
But why didn’t he say ANYTHING about Zohran removing Little Italy?
Total fraud!
Be careful if you are buying a car from a dealer
This man bought a vehicle, a little while after the purchase be got an email from a company that said his dealer paid for a year of service on a device that tracks his vehicle, including location, mileage, braking events and more
He started looking in the vehicle and he finds it, the device was connected and hidden by the dealer, it was placed intentionally out of sight
I looked into it and found the device is CarRx by Elo GPS
They are out on a lot of vehicles. Dealers often pre-pay for a year or more of service as a “free” add-on or bundle it charging extra, sometimes up to $1,000 in some complaints
It’s not illegal that the dealer did this but it’s very sketchy he wasn’t told about it, because all the data is shared with the dealership and they can share it or sell the data to third parties per their agreement
When you buy a vehicle they have to disclose this on their purchase agreement if they are putting this tracker in your car, if they didn’t it’s likely illegal depending on state
The Los Angeles Police Department is ending its contract with Flock cameras over civil liberties and civil rights concerns.
Officials have confirmed that these cameras collect data on Americans.
The contract is set to expire and will not be renewed.
The funniest line from this guy is “We’re not forcing Flock on anyone.”
That’s exactly what you’re doing, @glangley.
And LOL, referring to an absence of your privacy-invading, forced-surveillance cameras as “chaos” is childish and pathetic.
No one is going to make a sacred cow out of @Flock_Safety Cameras. Get used to sane people calling your product crap.
That’s not chaos, it’s just intelligence.
Check this out. Mamdani’s administration set up a meeting with Iranian officials…while the US is at war…with Iran.
Now, he’s trying to cover it up.
This meets the requirements for treason.
My report on Flock cameras and why they pose an extreme threat to our privacy and freedom. All cities and towns must OUTLAW Flock and Flock-like surveillance systems. Privacy protection against overzealous, abusive, tyrannical government is a fundamental human right.
Mick Jagger Says It’s Not His Job to Lecture Rolling Stones’ Fans on Politics
NYT: “Bruce Springsteen clearly sees his job as engaging in a meaningful back and forth.”
MICK JAGGER: “My job in the live music world is for those people that come to have the best time … And you don't want to lecture them.”
