@MyNykaa Ordered a product on 27th May & tried to cancel later but couldn't since the order had already been shipped. Had the option of doorstep cancellation but the delivery partner refused to do so saying it's NOT HIS JOB! 7 days later, no pickup initiated, hence, no refund!

@DholiMayur17 @MyNykaa @BlueDart_ Nykaa is the worst when it comes to delivery & pick up. Faced issues with them multiple times. Raise a grievance with Consumer Court. That’s the only way.
