A few remarks:

1. It was not released by any known TTP outlets.

2. He does not have a full beard, which is a significant matter for the religious fundamentalist TTP.

3. He does not recite properly, and that level of recitation would not earn him a position in any Pashtun fundamentalist rebel group leadership

4- TTP is a PAKISTANI rebel group that operates in Pakistan not in Afghanistan
