It’s not just about what government does or doesn’t do. It’s about the nature of the people we elect. Are they kind? Do they want the best for us, or for themselves ? Do they listen with their head and their heart?

Look down the ballot. Who would you rather have Sunday dinner with? It comes down to something that simple. Voters know the truth about these things. I have learned that. It takes about 10 seconds to pull the lever for your choice for governor when you vote. And in that time you can change every thing. It takes a little faith some trust and knowing that what we have been doing doesn’t work.

We want to thank all the local, state, and national agencies that came and helped Beauregard Parish. We also want to thank the Lake Charles firefighters for going up and helping friends and colleagues.
