@RachelCDailey_ @LordOrk They talk about a blue badge being an adequate form of ID which requires proof to get. But at the same time they will not accept a blue badge as proof of disability for this scheme.

I've missed multiple concerts because they use this scheme, and the admin was too much for me

Your ticketing system requires a Nimbus Access Card ID to view or select accessible seats @yorkbarbican

Nimbus is not a legal requirement, this setup excludes disabled people who do not hold the card.

Please advise how accessible seating can be booked without this barrier
