@jarrodwatts @NousResearch I love Hermes and Kanban, and it seems gpt-5.5 loves it too. I combined grill with docs, goal and kanban skills to fully automate doc/plan sessions, generate a goal and pass it to kanban.

Created a kanban supervisor to keep the kanban management automated.

Super effective.

One thing I found is that I was agreeing with most recommendations after a while using it. So I made an auto-grill-to-kanban skill that auto accepts the grill session questions.
