Friends Of Huntly Park had a historic day on 1 Mar 2025 as we unveiled our new signage celebrating our Fields In Trust safeguarding status! This achievement is a result of our communities long-standing campaign since 2017 supported by our local councillors ππ³π π

FoHP supported a GCU dissertation on greenspace & health & wellbeing that concluded βcommunity engagement within greenspaces bring a multitude of benefits and government and council engagement with communities could substantially improve the use of greenspaces throughout the UK.β
