@loopfruits Hi Nikita. Thanks for your tweet. Please know that after retort processing, the cans are usually cooled standing on the end, but if the can is cooled on its side, it is possible for it to form a hollow center. It should not affect the quality or safety of the product at all.

@DrinkingInLife Hi there. Thanks for the tweet. This detinning is caused from the absence or limited exposure to oxygen (since some residual oxygen resides in the product). While this condition may appear to be unusual, there is no degradation to the product quality. We hope this helps.
