Update: still here & it’s been 3 hours. Thankful our kids have held it together at least decently well given they’re tired, hungry, bored & disappointed we didn’t make it to the zoo. Bummed customer service couldn’t move our reservation to a location away from the airport.

Hey @Avis, we’ve been in line for an hour at Atlanta and have moved 30 feet. We are missing an entire day of our vacation waiting on a rental car that we booked months ago. This is terrible customer service.

@WorldMark 2 hours before a rep answered the phone. Now having to wait for a supervisor. She’s never heard of the program we were to be switched to at our owner update. Not reassuring.

@WorldMark I’ve tried to submit an important question through the contact us page from our account several times & am not getting a response despite being told it would within 2-3 bus days. I’ve also been given runaround on the phone trying to get to help. Rough customer service.
