@_YoungPrez@DizzieBunny@ClayAndrew805@EpicGames Create another epic account and go to support and request a live agent. Tell them you original account info and any/all details and that you were denied etc. They can provide some helpful info.

@DizzieBunny@ClayAndrew805@EpicGames Did you type your ticket on an alt account or another method? I’ve been using my alt only because I couldn’t find any other way to get in touch with someone.
@ClayAndrew805@DizzieBunny@EpicGames Today is the 3rd day but I spoke to a live agent and they said within the next 2 days I’ll receive a response.
I had that issue as well not sure the reasoning but I know that if you add any attachments you can’t choose the chat option.
@ClayAndrew805@DizzieBunny@EpicGames I had to go to the support tab on my alt account but to be honest every person I’ve talked to has said to put in an account recovery request and wait.
@DizzieBunny@EpicGames Okay thank you for the help. Last thing do you know how long it took to get the initial email back after submitting for recovery?
@DizzieBunny@EpicGames Did you’re account recovery actually take 3 weeks? Was there any specific information they needed? I’ve tried sending as much as possible to multiple live agents but they all tell me to wait for account recovery but yeah man this sucks
