This is wild. Just noticed this happened to me. Thought I had a 2way authentication but guess that didn’t help. Was there a data breach? Seems that this happened to a lot of ppl in the last month or so.

Also, how do you reach a live agent? All I’m seeing is putting recovery request in, but isn’t that what the hacker did? Can’t they just cancel the request on their end once I do this request?
