We are SO back. #LetsGoFlyers

[Freddy🇩🇪 @FreddyLA7]

Hello again.

We’re currently in Clemson, South Carolina. I’ve decided to come back here to document the final part of our road trip.

The main reason I deactivated my account two weeks ago was that things became increasingly toxic. For some people, it’s unfortunately unfathomable that a good story can exist without some kind of hidden agenda behind it. There was even a Reddit group going through my entire account trying to find anything they could use to reveal my identity.

I know this was only a small percentage of people, but after a while it became exhausting. During the last two weeks, I received so many kind messages on Instagram, and they really made me realize how many people genuinely enjoyed following the trip. Some people even told me that their grandparents regularly ask them, “What are the Germans up to today?” I think that’s really cool.

I decided to continue because I realized that the overwhelming majority of people loved following along. A small group of very loud people shouldn’t be able to ruin something that brought so many others joy.

I also want to clear something up, as people who follow me on Instagram already know.

I’ve been to the United States before. This is not my first visit, and I’ve never claimed that it was. The last time I was here was in January 2022, when I visited New York and Philadelphia.

A lot of people shared my Raising Cane’s post from November 2025 to make it look like I was secretly American. That post wasn’t from the United States, it was from my trip to Saudi Arabia.

This is my first time back in the U.S. in more than four years, and apart from Boston, I’d never visited any of the places we’ve been to on this trip before. That’s probably why many people assumed it was our first time in America, because for all of these places, it actually was.

And let me tell you, Ohio and Alabama are very different from New York City or Los Angeles.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for reading.

@mv_idk_ I got you, cheering enough for us both

[Philadelphia Flyers @NHLFlyers]

Repost if you’re Flyered up. #IgniteTheOrange

Literally no. Local beats who are actually at practices and games are who you should be following.

@jackiespiegel93
@SGNolan
@wmjsports
@JHallNBCS

They’re the ones putting in the work day in and day out and have an actual pulse on the team. If you want an excellent Flyers podcast to listen to @PHLY_Flyers is my go-to.

[Ty @Hutch445]

@PHLY_Flyers Bill not liking creed might make me rethink my diehard subscription

[Ty @Hutch445]

@owenthfc__ @Naufragadoh @nocontextfm1 It’s not what time you started with, it’s all the leagues that you loaded into your save. If a league started in Dec 2024 than the game brings you back to Dec 2024 to simulate the entire season for that league that was loaded

[Ty @Hutch445]

@FlyersAnt Football manager and college football are the only two I play, I gave up on nhl years ago

[Ty @Hutch445]

It's almost like the trade deadline is past and we don't have to have risto on the powerplay to try and prop up his points

[Ty @Hutch445]

@Ken_Campbell27 You are only looking at Laughton's skill level, his versatility to play anywhere in the lineup alongside his presence in the room makes him a top target imo. Who is to say that his intangibles would be able to seed properly in such a short amount of time though.

[Big Head Michkov @MichkovMuse39]

I suggest everyone get on Michkov edit tiktok

[Ty @Hutch445]

@TerryFranconia Was my favorite goalie when I was a kid and was devastated when the Flyers got rid of him. I knew it was a mistake.

[Charlie O'Connor @charlieo_conn]

I totally get fans yelling in the arena about possible missed penalty calls in the moment.

But let's be honest -- do they really want to see the Flyers' PP again?

The race for 3rd in the Metro.

[Ty @Hutch445]

@hinx The only medicine I know of tbh

[Charlie O'Connor @charlieo_conn]

They've clearly picked a direction.

It's a future-focused rebuild (proof: they traded Walker). But it's a rebuild with a high value placed on culture (proof: they re-signed Seeler), because they believe strong culture aids significantly in young player development.

[Ty @Hutch445]

@PHLY_Sports B+ solid return but the Johansen throw in leaves a bad taste, but overall solid trade. Also I enjoy utilizing the cap in the hanifin trade to gain more assets no matter what round
