We've released Conveyor 22, with bug fixes especially relevant to projects that want to launch a Windows ARM version, and to JVM projects that want to let users configure the JVM itself.

Conveyor 21 is out with improvements to the Windows installer, Sparkle 2.8, and improvements to Java support. Upgrade whenever you're ready! :)

Conveyor 20 is out! This release adds a new aggressive-if-possible update mode, which lets users stay on old releses if their OS is too old for new app versions. It also improves the diagnostics experience for users with a corrupted Windows install, and has other bugfixes.
Conveyor 19 is now out! New support for Azure Trusted Signing (a cheaper code signing certificate authority from Microsoft), a cleaner macOS update UX and improvements to compatibility with multiple Debian distributions at once. Upgrade today! :)
Conveyor 18 is out! This is mostly a maintenance release, but brings with it a few minor new features and some important bug fixes. Also, prettier output when the terminal is non-interactive.

Unfortunately, @ubuntu shipped a security change in 24 that crashes every Electron app in the world on startup. Conveyor 17 works around it by installing an AppArmor profile for your app.
On the bright side, C17 also optimizes Electron downloads sizes further, on every platform!
We've released Conveyor 17, which fixes bugs, polishes usability and improves compatibility! It's a recommended upgrade for everyone, especially if you're shipping Electron to Linux.

Conveyor 16 is out! This is mostly bug fixes but has a few small new features too, in particular, support for creating GitHub releases as drafts. And thanks to Bonny Rivers for her contribution of TypeScript types for the Electron control API!

We've done a new release of the Conveyor Gradle plugin, version 1.12, which fixes compatibility with Gradle 8.10. The new Gradle unfortunately did break backwards compatibility without documenting this in the release notes, but it was not a hard fix.
Conveyor 15.1 is out! There are the usual compatibility improvements, but mostly this release focuses on cost optimization when using CA-specific cloud signing solutions that charge per signature.

Conveyor 15 is out! This feature release adds the long awaited control API, which lets your app check for and trigger updates. The API is easy to use from Electron, JVM and native apps, and the apps scaffolded by "conveyor generate" now show how to use it

Conveyor 14.3 is a new maintenance release. We keep polishing based on your feedback - like always, this release has a bunch of usability improvements as well as bug fixes.

Conveyor's May update is here (14.2) and it's a maintenance release with a variety of bug fixes and improvements, but no new features. These changes were nearly all driven by user feedback, so upgrade and enjoy!

Conveyor 14.1 is out. This is a bugfix release. If you use URL handlers and support Linux it's worth an upgrade, otherwise if things re working well for you on 14.0 you can skip this one.

Conveyor 14 also makes it easier for JVM users to customize the certificate root store. With this feature you don't need to use ordinary CA certificates for your backends at all, and can instead self issue.

Conveyor 14 is out, and with it some valuable features for users in large enterprises. You can now integrate with in-house signing services, making it easy to comply with internal audit and security policies.

Upgrade today and benefit from improved robustness and compatibility. Also remember to update your compatibility level to benefit from newer features, which sometimes won't be turned on unless you explicitly opt-in.

Conveyor 13.1 is out with bug fixes and performance improvements. We're down to real edge cases now: "app.exe" files that are actually batch scripts? Check. Entry points that aren't Mac binaries? Check. Spurious internal server errors from Apple? Check!
If you're shipping a JVM app, ProGuard can be a great way to not only reduce your download size but also speed up your app. Mike Dawson gives the numbers for the JVM app he's shipping with Conveyor:

The December release of Conveyor is out! This is a relatively simple release: it makes code signing (again!), adds support for Google Cloud and Azure HSMs, lets you upload to alternative S3 providers and fixes some bugs. Enjoy!
