The point was Bakugan, Beyblade, Yu-gi-oh, and Digimon MCs at least aged. The PKMN anime, despite being the bigger and popular one, ALWAYS REFUSED age Ash even by a fkng year, which hurt immersion and reputation

It's also hard for me to take him serious with that atrocious design, no sakuga can save that for me. The designs from M21 & M22 would've been better.

@AshSatoshi4ever @Naturalee27 @MDDix0n As a trainer yes, tho I do wish his character was maintained well. His overly goofy side got maxed out which made me emotionally disconnect from him as a character. Not saying he should be 100% serious all the time, just that the 2 sides should've been balanced like in XY.

@Zactoshii Genuinely good and fun series, top-notch animation too. Just wish the art style wasn't completely simplified (could use the M21 and M22 art style) and Satoshi's character stayed the same from XY.
