@htelnmsk @Kanobe24 @Redwood268769 @wolfstrength One of the things a deadlift is supposed to train is the hip-hinge pattern, but a hex bar moves the weight under your legs instead of in front, so the hinge is less aggressive. It is also very easy to do a hex squat instead of a hex deadlift if you don't know what you're doing
