My beloved coworker and friend, Ellen Larsen. Taken from us far too soon. I hope you're smiling down on us, wherever you are.
I will see you again.
So at Tilt today there was a kid who was wearing a Krusty Krab Pizza shirt where SpongeBob was making this face and I felt so bad bc when I saw it I burst out laughing
This little girl was measured for a ride at Disney World.
The requirement was 44 inches. The park employee gave it a good look but then had her spin around and jump a few times. 🤯
She then told her parents she was too short to be able to get on that ride.
Many people said that she was the right height and it is absolutely ridiculous over something like 1MM and that if she wore boots she would have been able to go on.
Others said the rules are the rules and it is to protect her from serious injury.
My opinion, I would have wanted my daughter on the ride. At that little of a difference I’d sign a waiver. I’d have come back later with boots on her. But that’s me.
What do you think? Do you think missing it by that little is serious enough for her to not be able to ride or do you think that’s overreacting and they should have just let her on?
@Dortles@SueDefiant67 I'm just waiting for this waste of oxygen to try and tell you that your male friend didn't have breast cancer.
I am so sorry for your loss
Apparently when black people star in a movie they can only play characters who are the absolute paradigm and personification of goodness and purity lest the movie be labeled racist
Backrooms is racist film. It’s technically brilliant, but racist. And it’s a shame during a time where Black studies is being eliminated on college campuses because I fear people are overlooking the obvious tropes and racist callbacks the film ridiculously displays.
Really disappointing to see a movie like Backrooms perpetuating the tired stereotype that all black people have a giant deformed doppelganger in a pirate costume. It's 2026, not 1956!
Kane being interviewed asked about gen AI during an interview for the film basically confirmed for me that the AI readings ppl have had for the film are 100% intentional
The backrooms being something that takes from existing things, doesn't understand any of it, then feeds itself with the same thing over and over until it all starts to become unstable with that yellow tint? You couldn't make a better analogy for ai if you wanted to 😭
creepypasta goosebumps cover series
I know I said the last one was a favorite of mine, but to be honest I also had alot of fun with this one, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. early Minecraft was a trip for sure, and it saddens me we cant have things like this anymore.
