[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

@UbisoftSupport It’s happening on console ( Xbox one ) to be specific

[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

@Rainbow6Game @UbisoftSupport hey I have a little problem it’s not game breaking or anything it’s just an FPS issue that’s puzzling me when I play on my main account and I launch a T-Hunt I get a solid 60 FPS But when I switch over to my Alt account it cuts the frames in half

[Ubisoft Support @UbisoftSupport]

@DegnerLandon Hey there! Thanks for reaching out with your issue. Does this happen both on the same PC or console?

[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

@BandaiNamcoUS is there any support site or chat I can speak to I have a glitched quest and I’m trying to problem solve it but nothing I’m doing is working?!?

[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

@BandaiNamcoUS So hey I encountered a glitch with the home expansion quest would you be able to help me problem solve this @BandaiNamcoUS

[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

Got signed out as well, which kicked me out of the game, which suck big time because I have been grinding for hours and just lost all the progress because it signed out of my account.

[Landon Degner @Hyrule_989]

@XboxSupport hey I had an issue recently where my Xbox just signed out of my accounts. I logged in on my main account then switched to an alt I was playing a game then all of a sudden my main account got signed out. I though oh well and kept playing the game on my alt then my alt
