In lieu of holiday presents for the members of Station 5, CHFD Capt. Tharp organized a donation of 600lbs of food, clothing, hygiene & cleaning products to the Cherry Hill Food Pantry. We can think of no better way to help families in need this holiday season!

Your @CherryHillFire FFs responded Sunday to a HAZMAT fire in a self-storage facility. FFs faced a complex, physically taxing, & manpower-intensive operation. Multiple CHFD FFs were evaluated on scene by EMS with one transported to the hospital for evaluation & later released.

On 5/12/22, your @CherryHillFire Professional Firefighters assisted at the scene of a 2-alarm commercial building fire in the City of Camden. Your Firefighters were training with Gloucester City & Camden Firefighters in Camden & responded to the scene as RIT.

Elderly resident rescued from Thursday morning apartment fire due to quick actions of your @CherryHillFire Professional Firefighters. The resident was transported to Cooper Hospital for evaluation. No other injuries reported.

On April 9, 2022, several of your @CherryHillFire Professional Firefighters participated in the Fight For Air Climb - Philadelphia. Members donned their full firefighting gear and climbed 50 floors at Philly's 3 Logan Square helping to raise nearly $175k for @AmericanLungPA.
