@OftenNarky @dutweets You also can't purchase international roam plans through their app anymore. It used to be so easy. You select country then a package and it adds it to your bill. Now you have to sms to make it work and you cant choose a country or package individually.

@dutweets now you can't submit complaints on the Du app. I smsd "B" to 5102 and it's showing an error, not even listing the data package. I'm travelling tonight and I have no idea what is going on
Even if it manages to say "address successfully deleted", both addresses are still there and still listed as primary. Are you ever going to fix this @Aramex@ShopandShip@ShopandShipHelp
I am also unable to make another address the primary address, and can't delete an address I no longer use, because the app won't let me.
How am I supposed to get a package delivered now??
@JaakkoKL@NBASTORE They haven't done anything. The final part of my order arrived last week, but they still banned my account. I've messaged the Fanatics twitter account as it seems to come from them, but I'm not holding my breath.

No idea how the @NBA lets them operate like this.

@JoeyWylie@NBASTORE They cancelled 1 of my orders, didn't deliver half of another, then cancelled my actual account so I can't log in again and said I have been accused of fraud by their fraud department.
All this after I placed one order.
I now have to call them to prove I'm not a criminal?

This is my first order experience with them. I've been accused of fraud, had one order cancelled, another not delivered and my account blocked.
I don't see how this is even legal?

One order half fulfilled for me, one cancelled, now locked out of my account and being investigated by their "fraud department" after paying for an order they only half delivered!

Now they have cancelled my account and locked me out with no warning. Absolutely shocking customer service.
@RockyJohnson22@NBASTORE They're rubbish. They delivered half my order, the other staff still hasn't been shipped and the tracking they use doesn't update or work.
When I asked them about my order, they locked my account and didn't tell me why.
So I'm stuck with half an order and no way order.
