We're making it easier than ever for aspiring superintendents to participate in IASA.
This year's cohort will be hosted in Jasper, bringing this valuable professional learning opportunity closer to leaders in Southern Indiana. Thanks to the generosity of Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools for the use of their facilities, we've also been able to reduce the registration cost for participants.
IASA is designed for current school leaders who aspire to the superintendency and are ready to expand their leadership knowledge, build their network, and prepare for the next step in their careers.
We are committed to meeting leaders where they are and providing accessible, high-quality opportunities for professional growth.

Dr. Jayson Snyder, Superintendent of Middlebury Community Schools, believes effective leadership begins with being present where learning happens.
Dr. Snyder intentionally schedules regular visits to each of the district's seven schools, creating opportunities to connect with students, build relationships with staff, and gain a firsthand understanding of the successes and challenges within each building. These visits not only strengthen communication and collaboration but also reinforce his commitment to supporting educators in their important work.
For Dr. Snyder, staying visible in schools is a daily reminder of his purpose and the reason behind every decision: the students. That's Leadership Beyond the Title. #LeadIAPSS
