Six parallel thematic sessions were organised as part of the National Seminar on Best Practices under the Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme (ADP/ABP) by NITI Aayog at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

The sessions were chaired by Members of NITI Aayog — Dr. V. K. Paul, Prof. Ramesh Chand, Dr. Arvind Virmani, and Dr. V. K. Saraswat — and co-chaired by senior Secretaries to the Government of India, including:
•Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh (MoRD)
•Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava (MoH&FW)
•Shri Ashok Meena (DDWS)
•Shri Devesh Chaturvedi (MoA&FW)

The six themes covered in the sessions were:

5️⃣ Innovations in Agriculture
6️⃣ Educational Innovations

20 District Collectors shared their best practices and implementation learnings, showcasing scalable models that foster peer-to-peer learning and drive innovation across districts and blocks.

The sessions witnessed wide participation and concluded with actionable recommendations to further strengthen service delivery and governance outcomes under ADP/ABP.
