The way this Manuka honey from New Zealand cured my cough is crazy. I’m a medicine girly, so every over the counter cough syrup you can think of I’ve been on it for a week & a half and it didn’t do shit for me. But one spoon full of Manuka and my cough vanished.

The best thing I’ve done as a mother is introduce chores to my 3 & 4 year old. & obviously not big chores, simple chores they can do like putting away their toys, putting away their jacket & shoes, putting their dishes in the sink… they do it, & it’s one less thing I have to do
