@firstdirecthelp I’ve never known a bank like you. I’ve had to call you five times today to do the most simplest of things setting up an iPhone which you’ve made difficult through archaic app issues.
Why the hell I can’t verify my card via a text or using the FD app is a joke.

@jonprecious @AOArena Yes! The bass was ridiculously loud all the night and zero vocals. Couldn’t hear one word of what Papa said. I’m so unhappy as I was looking forward to it. The night was pretty much ruined for us.
