Strengthening Research Capacity Through Inclusive Practices
IBA hosted a training session on creating safe, inclusive, and enabling research environments under an ongoing project led by Dr. Lubna Naz, in collaboration with the University of Derby and supported by the British Council. The session explored ways academic institutions can foster equitable research spaces by strengthening transparency, participation, and inclusive practices.
The initiative also included one-to-one mentoring sessions for selected participants on research ethics, grant proposal development, and academic publishing to support the growth of early-career researchers and scholars, organized by the Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER).
