Covid-19 takes life of one more IBES Officer. Shri S.Kuppan, Director, DG:DD hospitalized since 19th April was recovering. He was shifted to ICU after some complications. He took his last breath on 21.05.21. Great loss to the IBES family. विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि। @prasarbharati
