@AirCanada 3 hour flight delay, missed connection last night, 3 service desks and ‘no more hotel vouchers’ and countless calls we are still stuck in @YYZ and this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

My poor sister continues her trip from hell on @AirCanada. The agents are refusing to rebook her family on the earliest flight because "it is her fault that they missed their connection" No. Their plane from Korea was late. They are now trapped in Toronto for 3 days! @cbc help!

@lbubala3 @tulespringsnps It’s pretty hammered in some areas as I understand it; but getting better thanks to the Protectors of Tule Springs and the NM leadership. Hope to help with a cleanup this fall in one of the worst affected areas.

Yesterday I was gassed from a long week at work, but still went help with a cleanup at @tulespringsnps. Glad I went! It was truly inspiring to see what a committed Friends & great park leadership can do. We collected (I’m guessing) abt 5 tons of illegally dumped trash. @lbubala3

@Brett_327 @tulespringsnps @lbubala3 In this case, yes. It’s also the cost of hauling too, but I believe that @RepublicService supported this effort on both hauling and disposal. I wasn’t involved with that directly though they try to support this sort of stuff a lot.
