The guys at playball academy suck. The guru sucks. The Brantford Red Sox suck. Braeden Ferrington bouncing 3-1 curveballs on the plate in the 9th inning in 18-3 game suck.
Everybody wants to be an expert. There’s nothing wrong with just saying I suck when you suck at something. Not putting in the bio “former semi pro baseball player “
Do you need to play professional baseball to be a good coach? No. Do you need to have had the ability to throw a ball over the fucking plate on a somewhat consistent level at any level or throw more than 72 mph to teach kids about the biomechanics of pitching? Yes probably
Hot take: guys that couldn’t throw a strike or get a batter out in some shit bucket of a league( IBL) shouldn’t be on here talking about pitching or instructing youth players.
Some reading material for all you IBL fans out there. P.S.- Took me thirty seconds to find this, this morning when I was taking my morning dump. Merry Christmas everyone 😘
Hell of a resume. 10 year MLB Career, 900+ hits .265 average, 9.6 WAR, a history of domestic violence, DUI and may or may not have as many kids as Shawn Kemp out there. Welcome to Welland!!!
