@JABsMusic @JaneDueker StL will realize in a few weeks 2 months that the idea of loaning it's citizens $$ like that is going to put the state in a huge debt crisis that they might not be able 2 get out of. Why put your state at risk of loosing things like the Enterprise Center, the Science Center, etc.
