Hoosier conservatives talking about an "all of the above" energy policy for the 21st century. Follow along for the latest energy news & education opportunities!
Glad to see partners like @ACC_National engaging Hoosiers on conservation this Earth Day.
If you're in the Indy area, consider joining this community cleanup at Eagle Creek Park on April 25, followed by lunch w/ former State Senator John Ruckelshaus.

We're thrilled to present @RepEdSoliday with the 2025 Energy Innovation Power Player award. This award from @americanpower_ recognizes state and local leaders across the nation who are revolutionizing energy in the face of gridlock and red tape. Keep up the great work Chairman!
Indiana's state energy officials just toured the Mammoth Solar project Pulaski County. This project will add 1.2 GW to the grid, bring 1,500 jobs to the community, and support 2,000 grazing sheep. All of the above energy can benefit all in the community!

Check out this great article in the IndyStar for an overview of Indiana's need for new energy sources, and the local concerns that often hinder that progress. ICAE is proud to be featured in this article, and engaged in this important ongoing conversation. https://t.co/DVW7CjfvKA
Last month, the State Utility Forecasting Group predicted that Indiana's electricity demand will grow 44% by 2030. These numbers are speculative, but they underscore the point: we need every electron on the grid, and we need it fast.

Last week, a 265 MW solar project came online in Pike County. This project will pay $86 million to local governments, and is enough to power 28,000 homes. We need every electron on the grid to keep prices down and reliability up. Way to go Pike County!

This week is #CleanEnergyWeek in Indiana, and across the US! Thank you Governor Braun for recognizing the important role our clean energy workers and ethanol producers contribute to the Indiana economy. #NationalCleanEnergyWeek#CleanEnergyWeek
Slate Auto bought an abandoned factory near Warsaw, IN. They’ll bring 2,000+ jobs and build 150,000 electric vehicles/year. Indiana is attracting the next generation of manufacturing!
But industry needs power. We need to put more electrons on the grid. https://t.co/3Kh5HoSawb
Props to Indiana-based @BilaSolar. They're manufacturing America's energy infrastructure, and they've just launched a partnership that will use US-made steel frames. With companies like this, Indiana can continue to lead as a manufacturing powerhouse! https://t.co/OJ3xoy1wOK
ICAE joined @ConsEnergyNet state partners for a tour of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant in Ohio.
Perry’s BWR-6 reactor is one of the largest in the U.S. Incredible to see firsthand how nuclear delivers reliable, zero-emission, always-on baseload power to the grid! #NuclearEnergy
Today at #NCES2025, we held an excellent conversation with Chairman David Wright of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The NRC is the world’s gold standard for nuclear safety and reliability. We train governments around the world. Nobody does it better!
Yesterday was a great first day in Ohio for #NCES2025! We kicked off with bold conversations on improving transmission and unlocking critical minerals right here in the US.
