Gaurav purchased a phone frm @Flipkart by using easy EMI but missed to pay the installments so @IDFCFIRSTBank recovery team started harassing him, also they started sending OTPs to his mother and started abusing him.

Imp - No recovery agents or banker can call ur relatives or friends or neighbour, incase this has happened then it clearly indicates that ur Aadhaar Card Data is tempered which is an offence.

If any1 is facing such issues then U shud file a complaint wid Police or DM us.
