The International Centre for Political Campaigns governs full political campaign ecosystems through four focused entities. We engineer winning campaigns.
Campaigns are not won by the best policy. They are won by the best communication. A strong platform means nothing if voters do not understand it.
The difference between winning and losing is rarely resources. It is clarity and timing. Communication is not a support function. It is the function.

What happens to campaign knowledge after an election?
Too often, lessons, insights and experience disappear when campaigns end. #CampaignPulse is preserving the stories that shape politics so future generations can learn from them.

Political campaigns know where voters are, what they consume, and how they behave but still struggle with why they trust less, disengage, and why information doesn’t land.
That’s the gap between data and belief.
At #IPE27, reclaiming the #MissingVoter means closing that gap.
Traditional polling is too slow for the final sprint. At Shikamo, we track real-time shifts in public mood and spikes in misinformation to adjust tactics instantly. #PoliticalPulse#Shikamo#VoterIntelligence
Campaigns Are Won on the Voters’ Roll, Not on Polling Day
There is one question every political party and candidate asks us during our very first strategy meeting:
“What gives us the competitive edge to win?”
The answer is not bigger rallies. It is not louder slogans. It is not hope.
The answer is data.
At the Political Campaigns Resource Hub, we have always maintained that a political campaign is a voters’ roll. If you do not know your voters, you are not running a campaign. You are simply making educated guesses.
That is why we have invested in developing practical campaign tools that enable political parties and candidates to run more effective, evidence-based campaigns.
This September, we will launch our Party Database Tool, an innovation designed to integrate with the voters’ roll and provide campaign teams with the intelligence they need to make better strategic decisions.
The platform answers five questions that determine whether campaigns win or lose.
1.Who are your voters?
2.Which registered voters support you?
3.Which registered voters do not support you?
4.Who is eligible to vote but has not yet registered?
https://t.co/2ijPXMgC7p has each voter participated in previous campaigns?
These five questions are the foundation of campaign strategy. They shape voter registration drives, mobilisation plans, resource allocation, field operations, and polling day operations. The future belongs to political parties that know their voters better than their opponents do.If you are serious about maximising your chances of victory, it is time to move beyond instinct and embrace evidence-based political campaigning.

Posters are going up across the Western Cape encouraging people to register to vote.
It’s a good start.
But will posters alone register 1.7 million missing voters?
A poster tells someone what to do. It doesn’t tell a party who hasn’t done it yet. It doesn’t identify which wards have the lowest registration rates. It doesn’t follow up with the person who saw it, meant to register, and then forgot.
Visibility is not the same as mobilisation.
If parties want to close the gap between 5 million eligible voters and 3.3 million registered, the work has to go further than the message on the wall. It requires data. It requires data driven and systematic door to door follow up. It requires knowing exactly who is still missing and reaching them directly.
Our Voter Mobilisation Tool exists for that next step, turning awareness into action, ward by ward.
The posters are necessary. They are not sufficient.

Do manifestos still sway voters? @ShikamoCampaign says campaigns are rarely won by manifestos. While a well-written policy document outlines a vision, it does not move voters to the polls. Elections are won by structural precision, technical expertise, and a flawless ground game
1. Why is voting no longer attractive to so many people?
2. Why are millions of registered voters choosing not to cast a ballot?
3. Why are growing numbers of eligible citizens refusing to register in the first place?

"The greatest threat to politics today is not the strength of opposition parties, campaign funding shortages, or even disinformation. It is the rise of the #MissingVoter.
Across the world, billions of dollars are spent on #PoliticalCampaigns every election cycle." 1/2
#IPE27
Globally, 1.5 billion eligible voters do not vote and millions remain unregistered despite being eligible. These #MissingVoters are the defining challenge confronting political systems. #IPE27 addresses the Global Participation Crisis.
Save the date: 5-6 August 2027, Cape Town
"In 2024 alone, more than 4 billion people were eligible to vote across over 70 national elections, making it the largest electoral year in human history. Yet voter turnout continues to decline in many democracies, while millions of eligible citizens never even register to vote."
Political campaigns have long prioritised persuasion, visibility, & voter conversion. Political communication must evolve into a tool for civic inclusion, particularly for younger and first-time voters. #IPE27 captures this shift well. Re-engineering campaign tools to reclaim the “missing voter” speaks to one of the defining political challenges of our time.
In The Gambia, votes are cast with marbles, not paper. But the strategy behind winning them is the same as anywhere: organisation, mobilisation, and learning faster than your opponents.

Campaigns that wait for the 'right moment' aren't avoiding risk. They are surrendering the narrative.
Timing is not cosmetic; it is the competitive edge.
This is why @UNDAfrica exists; to ensure narrative discipline under pressure.
#NarrativePower#PoliticalStrategy
UNDA turns insight into strategy, message, and response. UNDA designs the narrative, chooses the channels, and scripts the lines that drive mobilisation in campaigns and protect reputation in crises.
Most organisations stop at analysis; UNDA Africa closes the gap between what you know and what you do.
