@loveholidays I’ve been dealing with LH ref. LOV13746727U fighting my corner as initially you said tough, no refund. Now you’re willing to give me £50 off a new holiday as long as I spend over a £1,000.

I just want a goodwill gesture of my transfer fee refunded please.
