Please do better. I tried asking 2 members of staff on platform 4 at 16.04pm for assistance finding my train. I was plainly ignored by both.

I am visually impaired with a cane and had to get on a random train to ask passengers for help because your staff wouldn't help.

@METROBUS what is going on... 2 days in a row I'm going to be an hour late to work and be reprimanded for it as a disabled worker because you have cancelled the 400 at 7.10am from east grinstead towards Crawley with no notification on the app etc, this is ridiculous.

The Purley to east grinstead bus was cancelled with no word of why. There was no one here to update us on what's happening and when they did appear they avoided questions.

- 2 Scheduled to leave now, the driver parked away from the curb, causing me and other less able passengers to have issues boarding. I just witnessed a lady try to step on and her hip give out, she had to crawl on! The driver just looked at her. This is disgusting treatment

Please could you investigate, these accounts have been banned on what looks 2 be an IP address ban.
I think this is a false ban, they are being banned for macroing (major) but these accs are new and hand trained
