I am quoting this to draw the urgent attention of @JAMBHQ to this matter.
My fellow student has diligently followed every instruction given regarding the correction of her name. She complied with all procedures, submitted the required documents, and exercised patience throughout the process. Yet, despite doing everything right, nothing has been changed.
This is not just a minor clerical issue, a name is a person’s identity. Errors like this can affect academic records, admission processes, and future opportunities. It is unfair for a student to suffer the consequences of a mistake she did not create, especially after making genuine efforts to resolve it through the proper channels.
As students, we deserve a system that listens, responds, and acts promptly when issues are reported. Silence or delay only increases anxiety and frustration.
I respectfully urge @JAMBHQ to look into this case immediately and provide a clear solution. Students should not have to struggle this hard to correct what should be a simple administrative error.
We hope for swift intervention and resolution. Thank you.

Dear Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board @JAMBHQ , I urgently need your intervention.
A name error made during my JAMB profile code generation is preventing my NYSC mobilization and the issuance of my certificate. This issue has lasted a couple of years.👇
